DUE TO STAFFING SHORTAGES, WE MAY HAVE TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PERSONS WE CAN ACCEPT ON OUR WALK UP TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. THERE WILL BE SIGNAGE ON OUR PASSPORT DOOR, OR YOU CAN CALL THE OFFICE 615-494-8829. OUR LAST TIME SPOT IS 2 PM.

Parking for your appointment is at the metered parking on both Champion Way and Military Memorial.  Parking in the Jones Lot is prohibited and you will recieve a ticket.  You can go to Parking Services and pay for a parking placard at 205 City View Dr.

The Passport Agency will take 4 – 6 weeks for routine and 2 – 3 weeks for expediated.  It may take up to 2 weeks from the day you apply until your application is “in process.”  Meaning processing times start when the application has been entered.

We are located in the KUC Building on campus which is at 1524 Military Memorial when you use GPS.  It is at the intersection of Champion Way and Military Memorial, which is on the North side of the KUC Building.  We are on the 1st floor in Room 101 down the hall from the Post Office counter.  Metered parking is available on either Champion Way or Military Memorial.  Please bring change with you for the meters, and ensure you arrive on time, or click on the link below to pay for parking after signing up an account.
